If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns promptly.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to additional fees if done less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Payment Policy

Payment for cleaning services is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. For recurring cleaning services, we offer convenient payment options, including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly billing cycles. Invoices will be sent via email, and payment is required within 7 days of receipt.

The safety and security of our clients' homes and businesses are our top priorities. All of our cleaning technicians undergo thorough background checks and are fully trained to uphold our strict safety and security protocols. Additionally, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
